I've often thought on the subject of the world's view of freedom verses a Christian view of freedom.
Maybe this is a naive view. It seems the world's argument for freedom seeks to blind us from the difference between true needs and true wants. The world uses the concept of freedom to have us live as we want, not as we need, which in turn serves as imprisonment. Our wants are endless and unattainable yet our needs are all provided by God. Thank you for your time spent on these notes.

Beautifully written and a pleasure to read...I value my freedoms, to worship as I please, do what I want and dress as I feel is right...yet I am not "free" from worldly desires. May God help us all in this distracting world.
